  • Execution of the service contract that you have signed with us for the provision of our travel concierge services.
  • Explicit consent granted through express acceptance included in the service contract.

5. NATURE OF OUR SERVICE

It is important to highlight that Fundamental Design Consulting S.L. is not a travel agency, but a “travel concierge” service that acts on behalf of the client for booking tourism services. We act as intermediaries who, with express authorization, manage reservations on behalf of our clients.

6. DATA RETENTION

We will retain your personal data as long as you maintain a contractual relationship with us and do not request its deletion. Once the relationship ends, we will keep your data blocked for the legal prescription periods to address possible responsibilities arising from the processing and to comply with legal obligations.

7. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

Your personal data may be shared with:

  • Travel service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.) necessary to manage your bookings and only with your prior consent.
  • Technology and information system providers acting as data processors.
  • Public Administrations in cases where there is a legal obligation.

We do not make international data transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
